Welcome to the recipe page of my site. I love to cook and bake, so I would like to share
some of my favorite recipes. The recipes on the recipe page will change.

Broccoli Chicken Casserole

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 pound broccoli florets, cooked
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup dry stuffing mix

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Boil chicken until tender and shred or cut into
bite size pieces. Meanwhile, steam broccoli until crisp but tender.
3. In a small bowl mix together the soup and mayonnaise.
Set aside. In a 9x13 inch baking dish layer the chicken, broccoli,
soup mixture, and cheese. Sprinkle dry stuffing mix over the top
and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.

Cheesy Meatloaf

1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
ground black pepper to taste
3/4 cup water
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl combine the beef, pork, soup mix, eggs, bread crumbs,
pepper and water. Stir in 1/2 cup of the cheese. Mix well and spread half
of mixture into a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Spread remaining 1 1/2 cups cheese
over meat loaf mixture. Top with remaining half of meat loaf mixture.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes. Let cool 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

Bacon 'n' Egg Wraps

1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
5 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 pound sliced bacon,cooked and crumbled
4 (10 inch) flour tortillas,warmed
Salsa

In a nonstick skillet, saute onion and green pepper
in butter until tender. In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk,
salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables in the skillet.
Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Cook and stir gently
over medium heat until the eggs are completely set.
Spoon 1/2 cup down the center of each tortilla; fold sides over filling.
Serve with salsa if desired.

BLUEBERRY GRUNT

1/2 Cup Water
4 Cups Fresh Blueberries -Frozen may be used
1 Cup Sugar
Topping
1 Cup Flour
2 Tblspns Butter -- Melted
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Milk -- * see note
Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Put the water, blueberries
and 1 cup sugar in dish, mix well.
In medium size bowl mix; melted butter, flour,
baking powder, 1/4 cup sugar and milk. Mix well.
Sppon over blueberries in small mounds. Making 8 to 10,
depending on size you want.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
This was my Nana's recipe and we have been serving
this to friends and family for years.
NOTES : Lactaid milk can be used for this dish.
